For a little while now I've been thinking about how many quotes there are from the show which are inspirational, education or just thought provoking and how often those quotes could be used in moments of need throughout our days and lives.

So I've decided to set up a quote of the day feed through our social networks (which you can find on our front page) which will post one of these inspiration or purposeful messages each day.

Some will make you laugh, some will make you think, but all will hopefully remind you of MacGyver and make you smile.

By request the quotes will also be posted in this thread daily

Feel free to come back here to discuss the quotes or just let me know what you think.

I think this was a really good idea. I don't use Facebook all that often but I noticed the quotes on there a few days ago and definitely enjoyed them. Brings a smile to my face not only because I was reminded of the show, but also because so many of the quotes are useful and helpful in life

Yep we can have a thread running with the daily quotes posted each day in it.
