Yeah I heard this on the radio on my way to work yesterday.

I was thinking they had made him a member of the order which would make him Sir. But he's only an honorary member because he's not a UK citizen.

Interesting that he's dyslexic. Just goes to show there really are no boundaries except those we impose upon ourselves.

theres an exception for that rule, I think, a quite obscure one, as to non uk citizens who could be called Sir, but I cannot find any info online.
