No, there actually wasn't. She just uploaded the scene with her in it after the episode aired.

They must have forgotten about it completely because the CBS Press Release site didn't upload anything. They still have the preview for 3x03 up as their latest video. They didn't even upload the preview for 3x04; pretty weird and disappointing.
