| http://shortyawards.com/ You have to be a Twitter user and each user gets one vote per person per category. If you vote for the same person in the same category more than once your newest vote replaces the old one. All votes MUST have a reason after "because...." otherwise they won't count. You can vote the same person in as many categories as you want. The top 6 people in each official category get invited to the ceremony in NY in March.
