Well, this is rather a downer. Though 86 is a ripe old age, I suppose. https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/tv/news/william-morgan-sheppard-death-cause-age-star-trek-doctor-who-mad-men-tribute-a8715406.html

(On MacGyver, the excellent- or should I say, nefarious- Dr Zito.)

R.I.P. Zito

I'm sorry to hear this. His portray as Dr. Zito was excellent. His voice and monotone, matter of fact delivery made for a creepy killer. I always thought it would have been cool if Miurdoc had helped Dr. Zito escape and then have Dr. Zito turn on him at which point MacGYVER would rescue Murdoc, only to have Dr. Zito escape, followed by Murdoc disappearing again.

I was hoping to meet him one day. I figured he'd eventually appear at one of the sci-fi conventions I attend and that I'd be one of the few to want a non STAR TREK autograph.

Rest in peace, Dr. Zito.
