Not much, except my laptop is trying to drive me insane

That doesn't sound good...

When I had it cleaned up, the guy decided to install and update stuff "to be nice", but now I have to figure out how to use my laptop all over again because he updated it from Win 8 to Win 10. Also, it rarely goes into sleep mode properly, freezes up, locks up, and the card that helps it read the wifi signal is going out, so sometimes it just won't connect at all. So basically it's worse than it was before I had it "fixed".

But yesterday I had some lists of stuff typed out, put it in sleep mode (as best as it does these days), and when i went back the lists were gone. Most of it I remembered enough to re-type from memory, but one list I had to go regather everything for, and that took a while

In other news, I may someday watch the Greatest Showman, because some people have informed me it's actually quite similar to Hamilton

Yeah, just add a new laptop to my list of expensive stuff I need (still keeping drawing tablet and Hamilton tickets up top, though )

You should give it a try, at least the censored fan edits, but if you do, bring tissues for Act 2 (Someday, I have plans to make my own Animatics for Hamilton XD)

Ours is an absolute dinosaur, so a new one is somewhere in the near future

Mine's only six years old. But I also have a friend who's laptop is dying, and ALSO six years old. So six years is too old now, apparently

Now, you know what to ask Santa for Christmas.

Mine is keeping up rather nicely, also six years. However… I had to bring it to the shop twice this year. Because it was falling out suddenly by itself at the beginning of the year and second time because it became so dead slow all the time. The second they did ask if they could update it to windows 10 and I said yes, of course rocketing the price up of the repair, but it's good. Then again maybe I was better off with a new computer instead. Besides that I never had any problems or so whatsoever with this thing. It never crashed or anything.

My laptop on the other hand did 4 years. It actually never really broke down, it's just at some point all the pixels turned green and the screen started to turn black all the time.

Once I manage to get stable in a new job, I can probably save up for it, eventually...

I'm late, but hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and will have a great New Year!

My laptop spent most of the day disconnecting to the internet, and me having to move it in and out of sleep mode to get it to reconnect. I am forced to acknowledge that it is slowly dying.

In other news, I bought dustclothes, and wondered why everything smelled funny. Apparently they were infused with Febreeze lavender scent. So every one of my possessions has been brushed with the smell of lavender.
