Which season had the hair style you most associate with MacGyver?

I voted Season 2 but 2 & 3 were similar.

Long enough to irratate Pete but not long enough to irritate me.

I voted season 6. Actually, it was quite tough deciding b/t 3/4 or 6. He went through the long phase in 5 and then it got shorter in 6 and back long again in 7. I guess I like 6 because he looks really good with a lot of blond highlights.

I like his natural brown hair, but since he didn't have it for long, I'd say season six is my favorite, too because I agree--that light blond really looks good on him! The length was decent, too, not too long like season five (definitely not my fave), but not too short, either. Seasons two, three, and four looked good, too. That shorter mullet (although I think it's too tastefully done to be a true mullet )and the lighter colored hair always come to my mind when I picture MacGyver.

It was pretty hard for me to chose between 5 and 6, but I voted for season 6...

For me the blonde highlights (starting around season 5) represent when RDA started getting a liitle too full of himself.

In the later seasons it started to look messy and straggly. I liked it neater but with a little length to in.

Oh, I just realised you asked which I associated with MacGyver not which I liked best. Even though I don't like them so much its the longer mullets I associate with MacGyver. When I see hair like that I think - that’s MacGyvers hair cut!

hmmm...since I like the earlier seasons best...I'm gonna go with 4. It was before the extreme highlights and kind of an in between length.

Blonde highlights I always assoicate with gay men.
Don;t get me wrong, one of my best friends is gay, so I'm fine with it. But Mac is no way gay

To me, I guess, the *real* MacGyver is season 5. I loved that haircut.

So any haircut would do - I think. Just as long as it's Rick wearing it.

I'm more for season 5 and season 7 and the movies. The shoulder length hair and the later seventh season. So that also goes for me I like the blond MacGyver better than the brown haired. I think that comes because I grew up with the sixth season episodes.
Also in the fifth season (and I really think it's because of the hair) it makes him look a lot taller than in the previous seasons.
And season 7 especially in The Stringer his hair is the way it should be, or maybe how it always should've been.
So for my own head, I always let it grow until it's fifth season like and than I let it cut to the seventh season.

This is how it should look like.

I'm used to MacGyver with short hair, with slightly longer hair or with his mullet. I'm not big into fashion or anything, so I really can't say that I care about Mac's hair. I associate any of his haircuts with him because I watched the show from start to finish.
As long as he's not bald, it's cool with me. (Only certain white men can work that look- mainly Yul Brynner and Kojak! )

Why do men do that? Many, many women like balding and bald men. I don't know any woman that say's "Oh yeah... the comb over is hot."

I voted for Season 4. (Despite my avatar! I just like him in that blue shirt. ) I like Mac's hair to about his collar, or just a little longer, and with some definite blonde highlights, but not all blond. The S7 look was too long and too light.

Interestingly, that's how I wear my hair as well: down to my collar in back, and kind of long of top, just touching my ears on the sides, and with short bangs. (And yes, it's blond! My hair is actually naturally medium brown, but I color it blond.)

What are you talking about? The combover's way hot! (Or perhaps I've been patronized by the women...)
(Psyche- don't have one, but seriously though, I hope I don't have to do that at any point- if it goes bald, it's bald.)

I saw an episode of the apprentice where he was standing outside on a really windy day. And he joked that the only good thing about the strong wind was that it proved he had real hair.

Or just like in The Challenge, that's an even better example on how my hair looks like a bit.

I loved the blond hi-lites! I also liked the mullet...I know some people didn't.

mmm I am always trying to look a bit like Mac even if I am only 17 years old...
I have got also sun glasses "rectangular" (not like Mac) but I think I look good with it

I really like the seasons 3 and 4 style. Becouse you can see a little bit of his natural brown hair peeking through the blonde. But my favorite style is his season 7 look. I like how it got wavy. Season 5 is cool but a little on the long side!
