| Definitely looks better than the Complete Series collection but i hate the Photoshopping. The separate seasons are the winners for me. |

Yeah the second cover is really bad. I don't understand why they left the mullet in tack on the first cover and turned it into, what looks like some kind of girls haircut to me, on the second cover, but it looks terrible! But to be fair, I don't understand most things CBS have done with this show. |

| Is this 2015 version better quality than olders DVD release versions? I mean PAL version. I have like this box set: http://s1.thcdn.com/productimg/0/600/600/49/10206949-1280329815-571000.jpg DVD discs are in good condition. Should I buy a new version ? |

Yesterday I was walking through my dvd-shop and I found this. Maybe not such a good picture but this is a re-release of the complete show here in Europe, tv-movies are not included and only for 50,99 euros. Come to think I paid that for nearly each season. This re-release dates back till October 4 2016. So this is pretty new. But I'm still happy with my seven boxes and the tv-movies.  Also this release I have never seen before. This is more costly at 189 euros. Just wanted to share this with you. |

| Probably. More and more the packages are becoming smaller and smaller. Which for some cases I think might be interesting but MacGyver deserves the space it's taking in. |

| A lot of distribution companies are going that route now. It makes for a lighter package that is also more storage friendly. Playback is one of the companies that have released dozens of packages like this eg: Quantum Leap, Xena, Hulk, A-Team, Knight Rider & Monk to name but a few. Their prices are quite affordable too. |
