Still don't have mine. Haven't even seen them in the stores. I put $5 down at Game Stop and haven't heard anything. The employees at several Hot Topic stores didn't even know he was being released. Can't wait to get him.

I wonder what RDA thinks of this? A MacGYVER Funko POP! figure, not the fact I haven't got mine yet.

As far as I know they're not on sale in the US until Sept 12.

Oh, in my excitement I must have glossed over the Sept. release date. Now that it's Sept. maybe I'l find one in time for my birthday / the 33rd anniversary of the MacGYVER premiere.

I think mine is about to get shipped out because they just charged my credit card yesterday. *squee!*

I find it very frustrating that I preordered this, and it hasn't even shipped yet. A nearby store already has a couple in stock, and I went to look at them today. C'mon, I know it's not the scheduled date I'm supposed to receive it yet, but that doesn't mean feel free to wait until the last minute

I guess it depends on where you buy it. I got mine from Amazon, and they're usually pretty good about getting it to you on the release date.

If they have shipped yet, maybe they were backlogged? If it's not shipped out soon, I'd contact the seller and find out what's going on.

I ordered it from Amazon, but I don't have Prime, which apparently has something to do with when they ship it. I'm hoping they're just backlogged, because that's something I can understand. I'm supposed to receive it sometime between the 18th and the 21st.

Could also be when you placed the order as well. My order was placed back whenever it was first put up on Amazon. So I was one of the first to pre-order it, I think.

Amazon can be weird about that sometimes. Sorry you have to wait though... here's hoping you get it very soon!

So, finally figure out what's up with my order.

On the day I was supposed to receive it, I finally got an email explaining that it will take longer than expected for them to ship it. I'm assuming that means they're backlogged. The new delivery date is anywhere between October and Christmas, but they needed my permission to ship it, or I could cancel it.

So I went to my local FYE store to see if they still had some in stock, and what the price was. They did, so I went ahead and bought one, figuring I might as well cancel my order and get some kind of refund. But now they're saying that since I ordered it with other items, and got free shipping because of that, they can't cancel it, and I'm supposed to talk to customer service.

So I finally got fed up and gave them permission to ship it, because I figure that when I get it, I can sell it mint in the box, and at least get most of the money I spent back.

So.... would anyone here be interested in buying it from me?

It's not that they're backlogged it's that you don't have Prime. They make non-prime orders wait longer in the hopes that it will convince you to buy the Prime service.

Ah. Well, thanks for making me hate you, Amazon Whatever, I'll probably still buy from you.

Wow, I never heard anyone have such a bad experience with Amazon. I've been using Amazon for almost two decades now and never had any problems with them. Though... there was one time, I bought a CD (yeah know, back in the stone age) and never got charged for it. XD

Normally I don't really have problems with Amazon, but this time... >_<

I didn't realize this just got released! I guess I'll have to get it lol - I only have three other ones that were all given to me: Han Solo, Bruce Campbell (Ash) from Evil Dead, and the 10th Doctor. MacGyver is a totally fitting addition for me - and would be the first one I bought myself!
