We're not near Hurricane Florence, but we may still have gotten affected somehow. My wifi's back to normal now. Catching up didn't take as long as I thought

I've been having a strong desire lately to learn how to make AMVs and crack videos, but then I remember I have no clue what I'm doing whatsoever, no clue what video editing system I'd get, no patience to learn, and no money to get any proper program anyway

I know that feeling! I was gonna learn a new language over the summer and that didn't happen.

And then I see fan-made videos like this, and I just want to scream I haven't even read the Warriors series

I also can't resist sharing this one, even though I'm not sure anyone else here will really appreciate it XD

My mom is having her back surgery today. Hoping it goes well.

I used to make music videos back in the day, but they were video game related... mostly Resident Evil 4 and Devil May Cry 3, because those were the big titles of that time. MOST of my video are gone though. No backups or anything... just gone forever.

Two are floating around still that were uploaded by other people. If anyone is interested.

This is the first video I ever did. I never liked it personally, but everyone kept telling me it was good. *shrugs*



I'm thinking of doing a crack MacGyver fanfic, mostly random altered scenes from the show to include non-MacGyver characters. Just for the hell of it. But... we'll see.

My mom just got back from her surgery. She's fine, but really groggy. My sister is here helping her too (so am I, just in case anyone's wondering XD )

The Warriors series? I didn't know that... I'm starting with the group that starts with Into the Wild. I'm on A Dangerous Pathright now.

Just some more videos made completely from scratch. Completely hand-drawn and animated by fans. Not that I'm jealous or anything

So today I had to help change the bandage on my mom's incision. Fun (not). Basically, it was just pulling off the tape and gauze. But apparently it was stuck on there pretty tight, because it hurt pretty bad removing it. So she's trying (and sometimes failing) not to cry out, and I'm apologizing the whole time.

So I was helping my mom clean our church today, like I usually do, and apparently at some point in the week, there was some kind of party or something. I always bring a plastic bucket to carry garbage in. Today I filled it with leftover candy and bags of chips XD
So I basically went trick-or-treating XD

So today, helping my mom at work, I went to plug in the vacuum into an extension cord. Apparently, the vacuum was already turned on, and the extension cord was plugged in. I couldn't get it to plug in right away at first, so as I'm trying to plug it in, the vacuum starts running, and sparks start sizzling and I drop the cord in surprise as it starts smoking in my face, and the cords break apart, stopping the vacuum and the smoke. Later I noticed the extension cord is starting to severely fray on the outside.

So, that concludes episode 2 of "How I Became a Fire Hazard". Also episode 2 of "My Bad Experiences With Electricity". Episode one sucked, too, but I'm holding out on typing that out... Unless someone wants me too XD

My mother was a bit of a fire hazard... she once set her underwear on fire. lol

That raises a few questions

That song "You'll be in my heart" from Tarzan, I swear, the older I get, the more it makes me want to cry

Believe me, the charred remains in the corner of the bathroom raised a lot of questions as well.

According to her, she was trying not to alert the local kids that she was home. It was Halloween. She used a lit match to see, and dropped it while she was in the bathroom. lol Underwear up in flames.... XD

Actually "Baby Mine" always gets to me. I can't listen to it without blubbering like an idiot.

I remember a time when nothing made me cry, then I hit my 30's and now I cry at a drop of a hat. I don't like it...

My mom cries easily too now. She says she's had the issue ever since she had me, but I don't quite remember it until more recently

My mom saw a doctor today, who finally removed the bandages over her incision. She's healing really well

So about all that nausea I was complaining about a few months ago... Finally got an appointment set up for an endoscope. Should finally figure out what's up

*sigh* The weather here today sucks. Its drizzly and rainy, and so windy that all the sidewalks are absolutely covered in leaves. It's impossible to tell where the sidewalks, porches, etc actually are.Guess who had to go out in it to help her mom at work toady? >_<

When I got out of the car, a cold rain buffeted my face nonstop, I turned to my mom and yelled, "Please, just kill me now!" XD

For some reason, afterwards, we decided to go check out some stuff at some stores. We were looking at cute decorative garden stuff. I reached down to pick something up, and cut myself on a sharp piece of glass from a broken panel right next to where I was reaching. Fortunately, we told someone working there so they could fix it before someone else (like a little kid) also cut themselves.

Saw a sign in a gas station today that said, "Hockey books here". Then I saw a jeep in the parking lot. Coincidence?

Today I got a paper cut. I wouldn't post about this in itself, but it's on the exact same finger that I got my glass cut on. So the universe hates this one finger

Ooo... that stinks!
Randomness: I told someone today that knee caps are unnecessary and that babies have to earn their knee caps. This randomness is because I hit my knee on either side of the knee cap last night and it hurt.

I'm going to a show tonight, and the main band doesn't even go on until 10:30pm - I feel old, lol.

My mom wanted to check out a store today. It was a cute little shop loaded down with ceramic dogs, cats, and all kinds of things. I want to live there now.

I bought a tiny black cat and a tiny jack russell. Seriously, look up the Sandicast brand. They're amazing

So I'm having an endoscopy done on Monday Hopefully they figure out what's wrong

Today I took my Miraculous fandom into the next level. I rewrote "You're Welcome" from Moana into a Cat Noir song. now if only I could turn it into a video... I probably could, but I need someone to sing it for me. I can't do it myself, because Cat Noir is male. Yay, obstacles

Those are cute figures! I used to collect figures like that when I was younger.
