Just heard Michael Des Barres talking on his radio show about his favorite Murdoc episode..

He's just confirmed that his favorite episode was Halloween Knights. He said he liked it because it showed a vulnerable side to Murdoc. He also said that he really does hate snakes and told the director that he wanted RDA to carry him through the pit because he hates snakes that much.

I just noticed that he seems to be wearing the same skull ring he wears on the show... am I right? lol I haven't gotten through the whole thing yet, and probably won't tonight. But that's awesome he doesn't mind people asking about his role on MacGyver. Murdoc was always my favorite villain.

I always did half expect Murdoc to say "Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes?" in that part of the episode. XD

That's pretty interesting, though it doesn't surprise me all that much. Seriously, I would give ANYTHING to have been able to watch that scene being filmed. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one to make fun of people's phobias, but I can't help but find the idea of MDB wanting RDA to carry him hilarious.

Thinking about it, that DOES make sense. Considering how terrified Murdoc looked, it makes sense that it wasn't completely acted, but was mostly real. MDB's a great actor, but some of that fear was pretty intense for just acting.
