I think I know why this one is so tough: it doesn't contain even the tiniest reference to a scene or episode or season. I played all the episodes in my mind, and a few for real, but couldn't find anything.

I always thought Mac's line there was: 'Give up?'

Another episode that comes to mind, at least mine is, the one with the female assassin, 'Phoenix under Siege'. Or does Mac say 'Had enough?' I should go check it out.
