I posted this a while back on I forgot on house boat or somewhere I guess I bought a lamintater that I had bought a while back. it had gotten jammed because I was not level with the laminater I was in chair and it was on floor and I guess I went to fix something that was not straight and they thing had jammed up with the top of the film that laminating sheet well I guess let it cool down came back to it later that night took it apart and was able to get it in jammed but couldn't get the thing back together thanks to my sister who helped me get it back and working again I had called the numb3r that was in the manual that came with it well they called me today and told me that they no longer have that product which made me upset cause I love it but very glad I didn't have to spend more money getting me a new one which I was so thankful for so I hope that I see things that you have fixed that no longer make but you still have do they still work mine does I am just more careful not to jam it up and make sure I am level with it........
