He also uses fertilizer a lot to make explosives. And he opens telephones and takes out the magnets, in several episodes. Have we ten yet? I think the thing he uses most often is his brain *groan* |

Did he use shoelaces more than the one time in "Partners"? I can't remember any other instance, but my brain's hurting right now anyway . . . Certainly he used string often enough (shoelaces, sleeping bag cord, etc.), not to mention rope (lasso, slack-rope walking, etc.). He also used light bulbs at least three times that I can recall offhand: at least twice to provide the spark for an explosion, once to make a lockpick. Paper. Alcohol. Oxygen cylinders. Water. |

Oh yeah... ice cubes! For a time-delay diversion in the Gambit with the Lady General, and again in 'Last Stand' to break the lock to escape from the walk-in freezer. Oh, and again in 'The Escape' another time-delay fuse, this time to blow up a drug lab. Handy stuff, ice! |

He also used ice in "To Be a Man". |

Potatoes! We've seen Mac make use of taters for kitchen timers... and for plugging up Bad Guy's exhaust pipes. |
