MacGyver Online Forums > Richard Dean Anderson > RDA under the weather

Posted by: beth 18 February 2018 - 07:02 PM
I heard from a very reliable source that Richard Dean Anderson is under the weather. He has been feeling ill with flu symptoms since before he attended the Paris Manga con this month. He has seen a doctor but is not feeling any better yet. Let's all keep him in our thoughts and prayers that he is feeling better really soon.

RDA's not as young as he used to be. I hope he feels better soon.

Thumbs up for a speedy recovery RDA.

It's the season and it's going around as my own doctor said so. Had my second sore throat last week, this winter, which is unusual, actually. Anyway, a simple flu won't get RDA down, he's too gigantic for that. I wish him well and careful for any robbers if you're going to do grocery shopping.

Yeah, this particular flu bug is a really nasty one... I heard about a week ago that RDA was really sick, but I didn't know he was still sick though. I sure do hope he starts to feel better soon.

I hope that didn't sound insensitive. I was rushing when I wrote that. I just meant that he's not as young as he used to be, so I'll be keeping him in my prayers, as the flu is harder on him, I'm sure.

I didn't take it as insensitive. He is getting older(aren't we all?). The travel probably didn't help either. He was already ill when he traveled to France. Hopefully he will take a turn for the better very soon.

He'll be using his down time to watch the winter Olympics and cheering on the US Hockey team I'm sure. hockey.gif

I didn't take it as insensitive either. There's a difference between making a remark out of concern and a remark in order to insult. I don't think you're the type to intentionally insult anyone, so I wouldn't worry about it that too much.

Besides, I'm sure he's just grateful that people care about him and wish him well. happy.gif
