When Dr. Sands explains who the ERR was she says it was the: Einsatzstab Rosenbergs Reichsminister. Actually I just found out it's supposed to be Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg. Alfred Rosenberg was the Third Reichs Reichsminister of the Eastern Occupied Territories in Europe. He was the one in charge of Hitler's art thieves organization. This organization was supposed to steal everything that had to do with Jewish culture. Music, art, books, history, religion and etcetera... What books was concerned a lot of it got destroyed or burned. A lot of the stolen goods were connected to the peoples who got deported to the concentration camps, just like the painting that belonged to Sam.
