Just wondered how you thought he would have handled some of the situations in the movie National Treasure.

Probably just like Ben Gates. biggrin.gif

Yeah. That movie had a very MacGyver feel to it.. so I think I'll agree with MG and say he probably wouldn't do much different.

Looking cuter?

I always thought this movie would have been a perfect MacGyver movie. happy.gif

Yeah, I think Ben Gates even had some of his own "MacGyverisms" in "National Treasure"- I particularly thought of Mac when Ben grabbed up the water bottle to use as a magnifier to look at a dollar bill! biggrin.gif
I know I've mentioned it before, but I love this movie! It definitely has a few elements of James Bond, more so of Indiana Jones and definitely a good bit of MacGyver- but doesn't feel like a rip-off of anything, all at the same time. That's a good mix.
I can't wait for the sequel- National Treasure: The Book of Secrets, due out on December 21, 2007!!! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Treasure:_The_Book_of_Secrets) That'll make for a great early Christmas present! biggrin.gif cool.jpg

Me too, I really felt bugger when I didn't went to see the first one in 2004. Then again can't see everything.
