If anyone else is planning on attending Orycon two weeks from now, I'll be doing panels there again this year, including "Ask Doctor Genius" and "Whose Line Is It Anyway". My other panels include "Neo-Luddites Unite" (with Jean Auel ), "Separation of Church and State", and "Costume Designing for the Extraterrestrial". Should be fun. And now that I've been internationally 'outed' as a fanfic writer, I'm also going to be on a panel titled "Who is this Mary Sue character and why do we hate her?"

It's a blast. This is Orycon 30, and I've been attending since Orycon 3. I haven't managed to get there every year -- grad school was an interruption -- but I've only missed a few. I 'upgraded' from attendee to panelist about 1992 or 1993, if I recall correctly.
