I don't know if anyone watched Dead like Me but I bought the DVDs, and they're great. To my pleasant surprise, Michael Des Barres played a part in one episode as a forgotten rockstar. I totally didn't recognize him (his hair was really short) until the end of his part where he smiled like Murdoc would've....

Check it out....

Did anyone else catch this?

Also there's an actress from Firefly in that show that's in disguise too!!

I haven't seen that, but it sounds pretty funny. I did see him on my Seinfeld DVDs as a maitre 'd who is forced to sit in Jerry's "smelly car" after Jerry claims one of the restaurant's valets had bad B.O. that destroyed his car by "smelling it up," and he wanted Michael's character to smell the proof. You should see his expressions when he's sitting in that car, begging to be let out of it! I don't think MacGyver ever tried that tactic to get rid of him! laugh.gif

Does anyone remember the show "Alf"?
About that fuzzy alien living with regular earthlings.

I once watched it (I didn't really like it) but on one episode the daughter started dating a slightly elder man, played by MDB. That was a pleasant surprise! happy.gif

Cool! cool.jpg I used to watch Alf when I was a really young little kid, but I don't remember that. He was also in a comedy that was before my time called WKRP in Cincinnati. I managed to watch a rerun of it once, and he was pretty funny in it. happy.gif

That which has been established will endure even with time and at a distance.

I can't tell you anything about what happens after the cameras go off, mostly because I'm usually unconscious by then.

Yep, I saw it last week when the Sci-fi channel ran a marathon. I don't remember seeing him in anything other than MacGyver, though I know he has appeared in many things. Also in that episode, the Actress who played "Janet Frasier" on SG-1, and Maybourne on same, were in it. "Janet aka Teryl Rothery was the realtor at the very beginning, and Maybourne - Tom McBeath was the priest
