Deborah was just doing her job but I wouldn't call her a negotiator. Unless she negotiates on her price once the job is done. That there is something wrong in her head is certain. She did kill a dog.

Thanks for the tip. I also have a fanfic with her in mind and I thought to begin with watching her two episodes.
It would be indeed interesting to find out what is driving her in doing the things she does.
