First time we see the "prop boobie-trap" it has blood on the end of it. Then we Mac pushes it out of the way, the blood is gone.

after the avalanche we see the tail of the plane sticking out of the snow, but after mac blows a hole throught the snow the plane is completely covered as it is when they find the dead russian general, yet when they cover the generals body the tail is sticking up through the snow again

when mac is holding on to the bar dangling over the cliff hes facing completely to the left yet in the next shot from above hes facing upwards and to the right.

near the end as mac and natalie take off down the ice slide on the cargo door in the shot that is looking up at them you can see the sillohette reflection of the stage lights across the top/middle of the set

Theres never been any Ambassador Hotel in Finland or Helsinki as they say in episode. I've read while ago its popular in scandinavian countries so maybe they thought its in Helsinki too
They should have wrote Sokos or Crowne Plaza Hotel to the script, those you can find from here
