About 1/3 through the episode the Cadillac in which MacGyver and the elderly couple are travelling is shot and hit by one of the pursuing mobsters' guns. We see the bullet punch a big hole on the rear left side of the car's chassis, somewhere close to the tail-lights. However, for the rest of the episode we get to see several scenes in which the part of car that got hit is clearly visible and nowhere does the bullet-hole show up. It simply has vanished as if the car had never been hit.

Where did Mac find an extra pair of shoes and pants to fool the bad guy when all their bags where thrown out of the car

There are a couple of continuity mistakes in the chase scene. The most noticeable ones are the changes between clean and full of dirt car.

The bullet hole you mention is seen in scene when Mac is pushing the car down the hill.

Also I am wondering why the right side of the car body is broken in some scenes if they never crashed on that side.

They used at least two Cadillacs in this ep, that would explain the car differences.

Another nit-pick is where Mac bends the exhaust pipe -- they don't bend anywhere near that easily. It's just a piece of thin sheet metal, you can see where it pops apart at the seam as he bends it. Exhaust pipe seams are welded.

Nit-pick number two is the scene right before Mac fires the muffler canon -- they are suppose to be running for their lives in the middle of no where, yet we can see civilization close by just over the hill.

Guy Roberts claims the movie To Have And To Have Not is a movie from 1945 but was actually released in 1944. Also Andy Williams couldn't be 14 years old at the time. He was at least 4 to 5 years older since he was born 1927.

I think the poison that was used was applied to this knife, passed to the mutton when it was cut and then activated by the wine. - MacGyver.
Sometimes you just have to die a little inside to be reborn and rise again as a stronger and wiser version of you.
It's better to be a little sad than to be fake content.
