 With Pop Vinyls literally taking over the world, there is a huge demand for so many of them to be made. Indiana Jones is right up there along with some 80's TV/movie icons. My question is, who would love to see a MacGyver Pop Vinyl?! I think it would look great! Any ideas on how we could get it made? A petition? |

| Thanks Jedi. I have already contacted the Funko team to find out the best way of how we can go about it. From there, we will no doubt need to send the message across the social network to build interest. I personally think Mac would be a great addition to the pop vinyl world. But whatever else you can dig up will be appreciated! |

| I contacted Funko a couple of months ago about this. They said that their decisions are made based on demand AND (more importantly) their ability to obtain licensing rights. Sounded like a subtle way of saying whoever owns the rights (CBS?) is playing hardball. I know they had announced several years ago that Mac was an upcoming figurine, but apparently that fell by the wayside. |

They have actually become quite collectible. Depending on which franchise or edition of the figure is released, some can go for a fortune. There is a huge fan base of them too. I have a few myself and make a nice ornament next to your collection. Like my Hulk collection.  |

| I have several Funko POP! figures and bobble heads. One of the cutest ones is Diva Plavalaguna from "The Fifth Element". K-9 from "Dr. Who" is pretty cool too. I would love a line of "MacGYVER" figures or bobble heads. Mac, Pete, Jack, Murdoc . . . maybe Penny. Having said all that, here's what I know about FUNKO POP! . . . FUNKO makes figures and bobble heads. Whether a character is a figure or a bobble head depends on who owns the rights to make "action figures". For instance, HASBRO owns the rights to STAR WARS action figures, so Funko can only make bobble heads. Disney and MARVEL characters fall under this same category. * on a side note, the same holds true for LEGO minifigures, they can't sell STAR WARS minifigures by themselves (in the blind bags) because they would be considered an action figure. The can be sold individually as a key chain but they make it very difficult to modify the minifigure to be a stand alone minifigure (the metal hook in the top of the key chain minifigure's head is very difficult to remove). Minifigures included in the various sets are considered to be part of a play set, that's how they can be sold as they are. |

Knight Rider, MacGyver, a new wave of Friends, Tony Hawk, Blink 182, and I Love Lucy No clue if that means Original and/or Reboot, though or what the release date is. "Soon" could be anything, after all. The screenshot picture doesn't reveal anything, either. |

| I wonder if they're just gonna release Mac, then release more depending on how many sales they get. I'd like to see Pete, Jack, Penny, Murdoc, and Frog as well. If they're releasing Knight Rider, maybe they're leaning towards original MacGyver? I hope so, anyway. As much as I would love to collect them from the reboot, I'd rather have the original, or both. |

I find it very frustrating that I preordered this, and it hasn't even shipped yet. A nearby store already has a couple in stock, and I went to look at them today. C'mon, I know it's not the scheduled date I'm supposed to receive it yet, but that doesn't mean feel free to wait until the last minute  |

| I guess it depends on where you buy it. I got mine from Amazon, and they're usually pretty good about getting it to you on the release date. If they have shipped yet, maybe they were backlogged? If it's not shipped out soon, I'd contact the seller and find out what's going on. |

So I was one of the first to pre-order it, I think. Amazon can be weird about that sometimes. Sorry you have to wait though... here's hoping you get it very soon! |

| So, finally figure out what's up with my order. On the day I was supposed to receive it, I finally got an email explaining that it will take longer than expected for them to ship it. I'm assuming that means they're backlogged. The new delivery date is anywhere between October and Christmas, but they needed my permission to ship it, or I could cancel it. So I went to my local FYE store to see if they still had some in stock, and what the price was. They did, so I went ahead and bought one, figuring I might as well cancel my order and get some kind of refund. But now they're saying that since I ordered it with other items, and got free shipping because of that, they can't cancel it, and I'm supposed to talk to customer service. So I finally got fed up and gave them permission to ship it, because I figure that when I get it, I can sell it mint in the box, and at least get most of the money I spent back. So.... would anyone here be interested in buying it from me? |

| It's not that they're backlogged it's that you don't have Prime. They make non-prime orders wait longer in the hopes that it will convince you to buy the Prime service. |

| I bought one at Target this week. I never completely gotten the appeal of Funkos. I was looking for something else and was surprised to see it. It was the only one in the store and grabbed it. There is so little stuff for the original show. It’s actually really well done. |

I *may* get Sam and Dean Winchester, but... eh... lol The outfit they picked for him screams Season 4 to me than any other season. Probably because it's my favorite season. | I think these are simply for collection purposes. I call them "dust collectors". lol Kinda reminds me a bit of the Beanie Baby craze back 20 years ago. The store I worked at was standing room only at the time, they were that popular. But it gives people something to collect. I pick up select items, but I'm generally pretty picky. If it's MacGyver related, I'm gonna get it since MacGyver stuff is so rare. If you think that's amazing, just imagine if Hot Toys did a figure. Hot Toys are extremely detailed and realistic... and expensive. Those usually run about $300. I'd get one. XD |

| I sent one to my friend in the Netherlands, along with an L.A. Kings Jersey identical to one in MacGyver's Women, which got to her house in February and I got one for myself a couple weeks after that. She was so surprised to find out was in the box, other than the Funko Pop. I just told I used some cute shirts for padding. |
