Is this the interview in which they talk about computers and digital cameras as well?

No, but the interview is good, always nice to see RDA discussing MacGyver!

I have an interview with Vicki Gabreau where RDA discusses cameras and computers, don't know if that's the one you mean.

He's so huggable. wub.gif

And you're too adorable for words.

RDA is one of those people who annoys me in that they can afford all the coolest tech toys, get them, and then don't do anything with them! Mr. Anderson, I'm available to teach you how to get the most out of your computer!!!

Yes, Sheepy, it is.

The original footage is about 22 minutes long and he goes on about some of the techno-equipment he has (computers and cameras), but Rocky edited to stay on topic of MacGyver.

And the man even (almost) uses the F-word!

He doesn't almost say it, he did. And it was pretty funny in the context of the conversation.

That’s a great little clip to answer the original posters question. Well remembered Nymphy and thanks for uploading it Rock. happy.gif

While watching the clip I thought it seemed familiar but I got confused for a while there and started to doubt my memory. Thanks for clearing up my confusion. smile.gif Now, if only I could remember where I saw the full length interview! laugh.gif

Correct.

I did edit the video down to keep it on topic. And it does have RDA talking about how he owns 2 computers a digital camera and really doesn't know how to use any of them.

Well, I've got the camera part covered. I have 2 digital video cameras, a digital camera and a digital SLR camera and I know how to use all of them. One of the digital video cameras is fitted with an underwater housing and my husband shoots videos of his scuba dives. If RDA needs lessons on the camera, no problem I'd be happy to help him learn how to use it.

Nymphy, if you have that entire interview recorded, I'd love to see it. What are the odds of getting a copy? Grrl makes pleading puppy eyes at Nymph.

Call me nuts, but I actually liked to hear him say the F word. He didn't say it that loud, so I thought he -almost- said it.
It was funny.

Thanks Rocky and Nymphy!!!

And why wouldn't you? RDA is just as human as you and I, and this merely emphasizes that fact. Richard Dean Anderson fights with his significant other, tries to raise his daughter to the best of his ability, worries about the future, and sometimes probably wants to trade places with some of us. He also uses the same language and words the rest of us do.

And I, for one, contend that so does MacGyver, but that is another story for another day.

Absolutely right. Sometimes, there are situations when only thatword will do. No other word quite fits the situation.

I have no doubt that McaGyver would have used the F bomb, if the situation warrented. Frustrated enough, anyone will say it. Including my Mom. The first time I heard her say it, I nearly had a stroke surprise.gif Talk about your priceless moments.
