Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone here is selling or knows where to obtain the exact jacket worn by RDA on the show. I found an old post thread about someone who found a few jackets but I can't find that post anywhere. Im sure we would all get into a battle royal over that jacket, but I figured someone here may have an extra for sale, or can help point me in the right direction.

I think this is the post your after.

The brown bomber jacket is a "Charles Chevignon G2 Raider Flight Jacket".

You do see them available on ebay from time to time but they're mighty expensive, often starting at $300 upwards.

Thanks for the reply. I've been looking for a few years now, but I managed to get a deal on the discontinued raider jacket by Gibson & Barnes/ Flight Suits. It was a lighter shade but I worked in some Pecards leather dressing and got it to a nice russet/ peanut butter brown. I love the jacket but of course being a big fan of the show like everyone on this site the search will continue. Thanks. Again.

the original Jacket from "CC G2" is really hard to find, In fact I haven't seen any single one for sale, in my personal experience I was lucky one day and got myself a G2 flight jacket from SPORTY's I think is the same that was used from the later seasons, but I'm not sure- the point is that looks exactly the same (yes same design) it was a real bargain, and the right size, so my advise is to keep track on Ebay until you get it-

Thanks for your input. Yeah im starting to realize that although it may seem pointless to pursue the jacket because it is certainly a needle in a haystack. I picked up a really nice vintage avirex in ebay that looks very close. Im happy with it. Paid $60 for it and its nice and weathered. Being a fan can be a real chore. Im a huge Snake Plissken fan aswell and pursued the jacket worn in Escape from New York for what seems like forever and finally found one that was very close. That jacket is from the 30's. Thanks again.

It's ironic. Fashion always changes yet some items just stay the same over time. Ray Bans, Denims, leather jackets. And yet so some reason, a popular jacket (clearly) such as this one is no longer made.

Well the style is still made, but not that specific brand although it may only be popular amungst us. If it were really poplar more brands would be making them.
