Just occurred to me today that I "missed" Cairo Day (since the Season 1 Finale aired on April 14), so yesterday.

I’ve been wondering if we’re going to see another flashback of the Cairo Gambit - as stated by Peter Lenkov in an interview he had done before the episode 1x21 had aired. He promised we would get to know more about what had happened on that mission.

Judging by the BtS pictures and Casting Calls around filming the Season 2 Finale so far, it doesn't look like it, though...

Love when Tristin Mays or any other cast member talk about a "hiatus".... is that a hint?

this is a screenshot of the Official Still for Episode 2x23, the Season Finale (titled "MacGyver + MacGyver", airing May 4). it's funny how both Lenkov's and Justins BtS pictures of this scene always cut off MacGyver's hands/arms.

but as someone on Tumblr pointed out (you can see it on the full version of the Official Still): Mac is not wearing his watch that he - so far as I remember - has never taken off in the show.

Not a lot of celebrities will treat their fans so well. Which is a big part of why I love those two so much. More than once someone has said something about how much MDB's fans love him and he's replied with "Friends! Not fans."
