Actually, that's why I send that text to my best friend in the middle of the night. He wanted to but I wasn't so sure. The only other actor I knew that was coming was Sean Astin and Ray Park from the Phantom Menace. I was like: maybe not. But I've never been to something like that before either and it shows I'm not alone in my interests. Besides my best friend met there some of his favorite actors like Dirk Benedict and Manu Bennett and had his A-Team and Spartacus collection signed. So this is definitely my chance.

You won't be disappointed. RDA is everything everyone says about him. It'll go by fast, so take in every minute of your time: waiting in line, talking with him, getting a photo with him, attending the Q&A, whatever is involved.

You should have thrown a MacGyver Convention for him like Patty and Selma did.

I don't believe this. So I was scrolling down Facebook again and I bumped into this through Sylvester Stallone's Facebook page. A Dutch fan posted there that Carl Weathers (Apollo Creed, Rocky, Predator) would come to Amsterdam. So I clicked on it. The guests coming there is from a total different calibre. Chris Judge will come, Robert Englund (Freddy/Flame's End), Steve Cardenas (Power Rangers) but also other and bigger actors like Michael Biehn and Lance Henriksen. Biehn was a marine in two James Cameron movies. And Bishop Weyland... this is so different. It shows again how smalltime we are.

This is so exciting but I gotta talk to my friend and ask him what he did for the tickets. He bought the entrance tickets but for pictures, I don't know. It looks like RDA is very popular. For the pictures on Saturday he's nearly sold out. He's on 76% followed by Sean Astin on 71%. On Sunday he's on 47% followed by Laurie Holden on 40%. And he's only available for 45 minutes. It's closing in.

And the photoshoot tickets are booked. I'm also taking one with Laurie Holden. Not much has changed since the weekend. I don't think it'll be sold out, but it is interesting though that he sold most tickets.

Yeah. Now I better start figuring out what I'm going to have signed. Right now I think, just the tv-movies. I don't even know which I box I want to have signed. If I think about it maybe season 3, 5 or 6. I was also thinking maybe I find the comic there and have that signed. I don't know. But I don't even if know, if I find it there, let alone, how long it will take and the lines will probably be long enough and his schedule seems pretty filled. He has two signing sessions in a row which takes pretty much the whole day. Than at 4 pm he has the photoshoot. And I think at 5:15 pm he has panel session followed by another hour of signing.

Conventions don't normally sell comics. They are about all the other extra products that support the comics and even if they are selling comics it will be new stuff not something several years old that didn't sell very well.

The photo and signing lines are crazy long and it depends on how they set it up too. They may assign you to a specific signing time set.

Maybe, just little. There's usually not much to look forward to in my life. Than again, it'll probably be over before you know it. Signature here, photoshoot there lasts all together 10-20 seconds? But it will be the most valuable ones in my life until now.

Understandable though. His name wouldn't fit on the SAK's anyway, I wouldn't want it to wash off and even though I have my own role of ductape, I'd probably never use it again.
