the first external shots of the plane flying at night show no logos near the nose but on landing at the airstrip there are two circle logos, one on each side of the nose.

When MacGyver et al. spot the car they will use to escape, the headlights are clean and white. After the commercial break, they are much dirtier and the dirt is only on certain precise spots on the headlights.

Mike has been held in a dungeon for at least a few days, but when Mac springs her and Jack, her clothes (bright red top and white pants) are clean.

because as we see in that scene there was a very high risk that the bad guys would pull the hoods back and look at their faces.. which is exactly what did happen!

Jack lands the plane and Mac sees that it has a hole in the petrol tank, which is leaking. He then gets a stick and shoves it into the hole, stopping the leak. But the puddle of fuel underneath is way too big. Considering the size of the hole, and the time it took Mac to plug the leak, it couldn't have leaked so quickly.

Me thinks they just chucked a bucket of water on the ground and pretended that was fuel.
