Craig Bannister    Craig Bannister is a field operative for the DXS and good friend of MacGyver. Their first adventure together saw him sent in to provide backup to MacGyver when Pete became worried that a security leak within the DXS could compromise MacGyver’s assignment. Bannister worked closely with MacGyver and Pete to investigate the internal leak within the department, but it turned out that the leak was actually Bannister himself, being subliminally controlled by his wife, Ingrid, who turned out to be a G.R.U (Russian military intelligence) agent working under cover. Bannister was nearly killed when Ingrid was found out as she triggered a device which caused banister to have a heart attack.

Craig Bannister is one of those charcaters that I wish we had seen more of. MacGyver and Craig seem to have a few things in common---they both are field agents, they both have been played by beautiful women (Mac with Deborah and Lisa Kohler and Craig with "Ingrid"--her name is in quotes because her name was called into question). The car chase in the Enemy Within is I think my favorite Craig Bannister scene. I also like Craig reaction to being revived, "Mac, what are you doing?"

Yeah I would have liked to have seen Craig return as a recurring character from time to time.

Him and Mac just seemed to work well together.

Yeah was cool, though he got pretty duped by that girl in "The Enemy within."

Ah.... Deborah, the evil one (there was another Deborah, too, a good one...). MY IDOL! Wish I looked like her! Well, maybe not....
