I just joined this forum and can't believe all the MacGyver nuts like myself. This is a great site. I've probably watched every episode at least 10-15 times. I own them all.

I just ran across something on Amazon that I was wondering if anyone knew about. It's called: Fan Favorites: The Best of MacGyver. Due out on March 6, 2012. Here's a link if anyone is interested.

They don't share any details about it, so I was wondering if anyone here knew anything.

My favorite episode is probably 'The Survivors'. The seasons that were filmed in Vancouver are probably the best.

Welcome to the forums.

I've heard nothing about the Fan Favorites DVD for MacGyver, but apparently CBS did a facebook poll (don't know where) to see which episodes where the fans favorites and have stuck the top 8 onto this DVD.

I can't find any information about which episodes are on the DVD.

There doesn't seem to have been any sort of promotion of this release, maybe as we get closer to the actual release date we'll see something about it.

This all seems very typical of CBS/Paramount's hinky attitude towards MacGyver.
