Kate Connelly

Photojournalist Kate Connelly first met MacGyver when he was sent to Central America by Kate’s publisher, Arthur Prescott, who had become concerned for her safety while she was working on a story to expose an illegal arms deal between the local head of military secret police and a deported US criminal. Kate proved herself to be a good match with MacGyver as they worked together to evade the military police and make their escape out of the country.

After returning home with her story and photos, Kate was promoted to Senior Editor and shortly after meet NFL Titans line backer Mike Desmond, whom she went on to marry and have a son (Mike Jr.) with.
