The african song is called Izithembiso Zenkosi made by band called Ladysmith Black Mambazo. The one bad guy was called Ladysmith in the episode, so I guess they choosed the name from that band.

I believe it was filmed in ARCO Center lobby. The lower small photo is only what I could find from internet. And you can see that reddish marble pattern wall which is similar to the one in episode. In picture (1) that arrow is pointing that hole where is the hallway and thats maybe the where Mac and Harry waited the elevator (picture 2).

The picture (2) background where are those doors and windows aren't visible in picture (1), because later years that building was renovated and they connected the both ARCO Center buildings with that glass wall tunnel, so the picture 2 background doors were removed.

This is a big lot with 3 different businesses. They filmed around all 3 of the buildings as they are all joined together.
Maybe they used to be one factory or something.

That wall with air condition hatch was fake. When they step behind that little corner, they took only just couple steps and the wall was just rightaway front of them.
In reality you can see there is much longer distance to that wall, so they clearly built some prop to there.

When Mac and Jack runaway from that building and drive away. You can see that same wall corner visible in the background, but that that air condition hatch wall has been taken away and there is just some white wall standing diagonally.

And right after that when the picture cuts to "Close Up" shot to film that car driving away, you can barely see that same corner again but then there is some fake small service/maintenance shack with white walls.
