I think they'd be able to whip together something.
I'm wondering, though, if they'll want to. On one hand, as RDoyletv pointed out, the reaction to the first trailer wasn't great, so they may be hesitant. On the other hand, that may be all the more reason for them to want to show the world that they've come up with something better. I'm leaning more in that direction. I think CBS knows they didn't make a great first impression, and now they'll want to say, "Hey, look! We fixed it! THIS is the show you'll actually be getting!" Because if they DON'T show a new trailer, people will naturally assume the original trailer represents the show, and I think that's the last thing CBS wants people to think.
