when mac pulls lisa out of the car there is a long shot and they are on the inclined portion of the cliff yet in the next shot after the car rolls into the water they are much higher on the cliff hanging from the chain link fence right next to the vertical wall

mac goes to talk to holly at her house. Since he only met her for 5 secs at lisas school and only heard her first name. Lisa parents obviously dont know her friends and she wasnt arrested with lisa for the police to know her so how did mac with only a first name know where holly lived?

At the end when the car falls down the cliff and sinks in the water, I was quite certain that I didn't see a back window or a side passenger window. The water came up through the back window, which wouldn't have been the case had a window existed.

This was likely done to make the car sink quicker.

When the jeep takes it's dive of the edge, Mac is seen tossing the fence wire over the side to climb down. However in the long shot, he's seen climbing down from the corner of the edge with more than an arm length distance between him and the jeep. But in close-up the fence wire lays directly next to the car as he was seen tossing it and climbing down immediately.

fair game is it possible to die from a fall down the stairs, like the housekeeper did at the start of the episode?

Yes. You can snap your neck, or hit your head hard multiple times. It's probably more likly to cause broken ribs and spinal injury than deatht though I would think.

I think part of the problem with this scene is that the stuntperson knew how to fall and made it look almost graceful and not very dangerous at all, but in reality, for you or I to fall down the stairs we would probbaly be throwing our arms and legs around trying to stop and doing more damage to ourselves than good.
