So much to process, but in general, I really liked the episode. Great casting on the Bozer's. I whish we could have met them earlier (and we should have) and could meet them again in another season.

I thought it's good they kinda adressed the plothole of Mac saying the Bozer's practically raised him (after it had been established back in S1 that Mac had stayed with grandpa Harry).

I also liked Bozer’s dad talking to Mac about his problem-solving as a coping mechanism and how Mac uses it as a crutch to avoid processing his trauma. I'm sure that Jack would have called him out on it before and this should have been already adressed back in S4 (after Mac lost not just his dad but also Gwen).

Welcome back my friends to the show that's (sadly) soon to end...

-I can't imagine anything that would make me miss Skee-Ball Night.

-Glad to see the living with the Bozers plothole was addressed. Also, go live with one of the Ghostbusters? Where do I sign up?

-Big Brother Russ now too?!?! (Spoiler: I love the fact that he will be in the air for this entire episode...clearly doing nothing but racking up those frequent flyer miles.)

-Ah yes, the completely mis-used term "defund" the police when that isn't what actually what anyone's pushing for. Thanks for the reminder that Americans don't understand that words mean things and have certain connotations. laugh.gif

-Auntie's phone sure had incredible battery life. Guessing she wasn't big on scrolling the battery-draining social media apps. biggrin.gif

-Yeah, this nanobot stuff doesn't come off as creepy at all...despite it's perceived benefits.

-Some serious Double-O Boze driving skills here.

-Mac's grandpa's cabin looks a lot like the Omar and Boris safe cabin from "Hammock + Balcony."

-Water treatment plant? Man, why does it seem like they recycled a lot of locations in this one...lol.

-Good talk with Winston, er, Milton. Mac needed to hear that.

-1160 code for a water main break...I'd like to hear the story behind remembering that one.

-Heckuva stunt falling through that table.

-Hey, a firepit scene! Missed these. Sweet scene between these two too.

Man, this was a really good episode. Just had that throwback vibe that we didn't get enough of over the show's five seasons. Classic Mac goes somewhere on non-work business, yet through his own nosiness ends up in the thick of things. The non-Phoenix episodes always seem to come off well...probably because we see them so rarely, and they *usually* don't have Matty still chiming in. Mac getting to do work without "oversight" is always nice. It was also nice to have zero relationship-y stuff getting in the way. Milton addressing Mac's dependency on problem-solving as a coping mechanism was much needed, and as Dashboard said, should have been addressed earlier, although we perhaps lacked the appropriate vessel to deliver that info.

Well...one more week. One more adventure. sad.gif

I agree Dash about it being needed to addressing a while ago...Although I think mush for brains Jack would NOT be the one to do it.

Nice to know despite CBS's best attempt to have us think Desi was killed off, it was actually her real life stunt double lol. Although that was kinda lazy they did that, they could have found a good actress for that.

I love they showed a black family with both parents involved and they loved each other and were upstanding.

I loved that line about Bozer's mom's wig being crooked and I love that it was a rift lol

The brood making their debut, Although I sense a bit of over-acting.

To me it seems the best is coming out in the show the second it's going away
