Hey guys,

I haven't been on in a while and just wanted to drop a line. Things here have been pretty hectic the last couple of years. Started a new job, bought a new house, bought a couple of small businesses as well, and about to start a third small business as a part time fishing guide. The new place is pretty cool, we are located between two lakes on the creek that runs between them. I am about 2 minutes from a boat ramp on one lake and about 5 minutes from one on the other lake.
My boys are growing like weeds. One is 11 and the small one just turned 4. We are homeschooling them and have been for the last two years and it is AMAZING. The oldest one keeps his SAK on him at all times and has become quite the proficient whittler. If ya'll are on Facebook, check us out at 3WD Bait and Tackle. I hope everyone is doing well.

I'll second that...it looks perfect! Been away for quite awhile myself. I've been working away from home for the last few years and not much time for much else when I'm at home with my family and two sheepdogs.

Pandemic life was rather boring for me.

Not that this is necessarily bad, but nothing interesting to report on...

I haven't seen my parents since January, so I'm pretty excited to travel to my hometown tomorrow for the Easter holidays.

Yeah, I'm still around... just have had to deal with a lot of irl nonsense. Mostly working, but I made a lot of irl friends that take up a lot of my personal time. The other community I'm apart of has also taken a back seat for multiple reasons.

I still love MacGyver and keep my photo of meeting RDA on my fridge, which still brings a smile to my face anytime life gets hard.

It's been such a very long time since I've been on this site (not purposely, life just got complex with less free time), so I understand! 😄
