  Adding a picture (avatar) to your profile      
    To add your own picture...

    1. goto the "My controls" panel
    2. Choose "edit avitar settings"
    3. Use the "upload new image" option at the bottom to load a picture from your PC

    NOTE: the image must be 100x100 pixels in size or smaller.


    To use a board pictire...

    1. goto the "My controls" panel
    2. Choose "edit avitar settings"
    2. Choose whihc gallery you wish to view and
        click "go"
