Spunky kid! But why go to the right if it was on the left as she said seeing it at the back of row? And why does it have canon on the wall?
I think the poison that was used was applied to this knife, passed to the mutton when it was cut and then activated by the wine. - MacGyver. Trying to be entertaining I guess and look around the rest of the boats.
Where's it say canon?
It doesn't say canon but at 5:57 it looks like there's a canon on the wall. A barrel or something.
The houseboat looks like a great place to live in. All nice and quiet. Easy to relax. I'd buy it any time.

I can just imagine her working as a taxi driver ~ taking the longest route to a destination !! I certainly wouldn't want her guiding me anywhere...
Once she opens the door at the end of the first video, from then I imagined the house's owner strolling along behind her ~ the glass of wine waiting for her is the clincher..
Considering its location so close to Vancouver, and so scenic, probably quite a desirable location ~ I'm starting to think that it could go for some nicely inflated price ("location, location, location"..) !

In any other case location would be the most important factor. But in this particular case location isn't what counts, but the property itself. And it is getting more and more important, like KiwiTek says.

It is a fine place, without a doubt, but if I bought it, there would still be quite a few things I'd change. Lands End's photos on the walls are brilliant, but somehow, the place has no "heart" or "soul". The interior doesn't fit the exterior IMHO.

I would like it to have more "atmosphere" about it, as well...
I reckon it should look more 'outdoorsy', masculine, rustic and both a bit rural and boat-like in its presentation..
Think a combination of the MacGyver episodes, the "Red Green" show out of Canada in the 1990s (everyone here should do themselves a favour, and check this out on YouTube, for some fun 'time out', some time ~ IF you haven't seen it yet..), and the 'Northern Exposure' TV series.

In the words of Nikki Carpenter when referring to the houseboat... "Boyscout"
As for the videos. OMG! That women sounds like she's a children's television presenter. I dare say she's trying to make it fun, but I just find it annoying.

Funny. I find the overacting distracting. If it was presented somewhat more seriously (but still obviously staged) it would have been perfect and still funny.
How do you think they did the end bit in part 2? Is it a mirror on the door and did they use a photo which might be from season 1 the pilot?????

That's why I hit the MUTE button.
