I just spotted this in my local sports store. It's called "McGuyver Tool" and is made by Topeak.
It looks to be about the same length as a Tinker SAK, but it's quite a bit bigger in other dimensions. It reminded my of
this interview with RDA where he says he carries an item with him on his bike called "MacGyver Tool" and now I'm wondering if it is in fact one of these since it's made by a cycling accessories company.

Topeak specialize in cycling accessories. They don't appear to carry the McGuyver tool any more, but they do have a large range of similar multi-tools along with every other cycle accesary you could ever think of.
