I was watching Royal Pains, Season 2 Episode 6, titled "In Vito Veritas" - in the latter half of the episode, Henry Winkler makes an appearance.

The plot evolves into a scenario where they need to perform an emergency tracheostomy and are looking around a winery for components to complete the surgery.

While this is a Macgyver-like moment - the real treat is when Henry Winkler pulls out a roll of Duct Tape and says "I thought this will come in Handy!"

I wanted to pass it along! the show is on Amazon Prime and Netflix in case you wanted to see that scene.

I watched the "behind the scenes" for season 2 and while Henry didn't say anything... one of the other actors said that the show has "Medical Macgyver moments"
