Yes but he still has a way to go. I've kept up on him since 86-87ish since he's been my idol since then. Currently he has been on steroids since his foot and back surgery plus his doctors have kept him from being as active as he's liked. Especially since he's sooo active and building his house on top of everything else. I try to keep up on all the forums regarding him plus I record all the interviews I can. Lately since the 200 episode of SG-1 he's made it very known that he's not proud of his looks and wants the ok to get back into shape. He seems to be making big improvements since a year or so ago. I think the fact that the next SG-1 movie and possible MacGyver movie are coming around the corner willspeed up the process.
We have to remember that on SG-1 he was skinnier than any other time in his life. When the meds made him bloated it was a shock for all of us

but really hard on him

.
One of the great places to keep up on him is his official website that we've all seen I'm sure. I love that he calls Kate and leaves a message for all of us on his thoughts and what he has coming up.
Glad you didn't mean to sound mean. I think the wording was harsh(even the title) compaired to how it could have been said and I'm quick to defend against what seems to be the new trend of ageism(not that you intended it). I have been so sick of when people said Harrison Ford couldn't be Indy due to his age. He proved them wrong and I'm sure RDA can and will do all we've come to expect when the next movies roll around.
