It's basically a site where you can have your name listed as a MacGyver fan and I guess you can see other MacGyver fans from around the world and contact them. And you can get a nice little "MacGyver fan" icon to put on your website.

"The FanListing" is a popular website that has pages like this for many different shows and movies and stuff, and that includes MacGyver apparently.
