When Lulu hits macgyver as hes standing on his bike with the car she hits him on his right side causing him to fall to his right. Later when he is walking his damaged bike away down the driveway the bikes back wheel is bent in from the left side as if he was hit from the left.

when mac is at the front door of izzys house and says "hello" you can see just inside the door to the right is an electrical box that seems way out of place, more like you would see in a maintance shed than the front entrance to such a nice house however when mac comes inside the box is no longer there and instead it is finished molding

Wouldn't it be bent from the left anyway? Getting hit from the right side would push the wheel to the left, so if it was showing bent from the left, I would expect that...

that would be bent to the left wouldn't it?

it actually depends on how the wheel was hit. Was it twisted against something else like a newspaper box or the bike frame itself.

I need to watch that scene again in slow-mo and see if i can sort it out in my own head. lol

When MacGyver gets hit on the head as soon as he enters a room, he falls to his knees and to the floor, a few seconds before he hits the floor he puts his hands in front of him to make sure he doesn't hurt his head when his head goes to the floor.

When Mac and Lulu return to the pawnshop Mac says there's an emergency number on the door. He looks at it for a quick moment and tells Lulu to stay put when he goes around the corner to the phonebooth. There is no way, Mac could've memorized the number with a quick glance. By the time I tell Lulu to stay put, I'd forgotten like half of the phone number. So I probably wouldn't get any further than 555.

Of coarse there is! Plenty of people can memorize numbers and plenty of other information at a single glance. I use to work with a guy who could memorize long numbers in a single glance and never forget it. To this day he probably still remembers the bosses credit card numbers.

We've discussed photographic memory and whether MacGyver has it or not in here before.

Also the number may have been very similar to one he already has memorized with maybe the last couple of numbers being different which would make it even easier to remember.

Whenever Lulu is driving the car on the exterior shots the back window seems transparent like a normal window would but on the interior it seems like the back window is covered. You can't see through it. Where they perhaps covering up the fact they weren't actually driving? With her driving skills I'm not surprised though.
