I must say it was horrible, I love sea food but this was downright disgusting.
It was served in a little jar and when you opened it this enormous stench came out...

was it raw or something, because shark is often served here in take away bars and it's tastes like any other sea fish.

I love most fish and seafood, but shark is NOT one of them. The few times I had it, it reminded me of chicken breasts (which I hate!). The meat was kind of dry and I didn't enjoy it. I prefer my fish to be very tender and moist.

And while everyone else it's worried about seafood dinners... I take the win.
