Nope, that one is false.
This pic was indeed fake, but it wasn't an arm. I saw it on Mystery Hunters on Discovery Channel (it's a kid's show, but I love it)

There was an article in the new about 2 days ago about new footage of the Loch Ness creature. It's under investigation now, I'm hoping it will be released soon (the footage I mean of course...)

hey I was thinking earlier, that Nessie would make a great MacGyver story. Something along the lines of "Ghost ship" with big-foot.

Oh! Did I do that? Uhm …I’m terribly peeved that such a magnificent animal has been compared to someones peely-wally arm! Uhm..yeah, thats why I typed that.

(I actually meant to do that one. -> cause it made me smirk like that.)

There was a show on National Geographic today, the picture was a hoax, set up by an invvestigator who had been fired after he had discovered "strange" footprints.
Those were faked too -he had used an hippo-foot-shaped ashtray-
When he was discovered he and his step-son made a little improvised submarine with that particular shape sticking out.

I always thought it was an elephant snout, sticking up from the water.
