i bought an item on ebay and eventually it arrived but it wasn't the same as the one in the pocture. it was of very poor quality and was a totally different design!! so i emailed the person who told me that if i bought the item again then i would get the one in the picture. he actually wanted me to pay twice for the item i should have recieved in the first place!!! but anyway.... one thing lend to another and i made a claim on ebay/paypal. this starts by confunication between the the seller me. so i told him why i was making the claim (becuase we weren't getting anywhere emailing) and this was his reply:

hurl at paypal???? well 40% wasn't one of the options offered by paypal so i sent another rerply and this was the responce:

Dear friend, you say of the one pictured be that stalk!I have already sent out to pass by together for you, he covers up in the foam of the packing.The affirmation will have!

i have no idea what this means.... does anyone have a clue????

i think i'll just escalate the cliam and let paypal deal with him i don't understand i word he says

If you can't settle with the boob prior to escalating to a claim with Paypal, Paypal will require you to return the item at your own cost, with proof of receipt to the moron before they will reverse the payment. You are then out of pocket the S/H for the return.

Depending on the cost of the item you might want to just wash the incident or take what the buttlick is offering and then leave the appropriate feedback.

Some sellers on Ebay are infruriating. My Mom bought a toy from my son, but the seller refused to send it, saying it was broken. He kept making promises and my Mom kept e-mailing and even called the guy and he still refused to send the thing. My Mom stopped the payment on the item. She thinks he didn't get the price he wanted for it and wanted to re-list it and try to re-sell it for a higher bid. Totally uncool.

As far as what the guy wrote, I don't have my magic decoder ring anymore. Sold I on Ebay (couldn't resist, again. Grrl is being very snarky today. Must be the flu)

It appears that English is obviosuly not his native language. Why don't you ask him what his language of choice is and request he sends you a email in his native tongue. Then you can either translate it or have someone translate it for you. He seems to understand you and feel very sorry for it though.

Surely English is not this person's native language. I bet he/she is using one of those automatic translating softwares that tend to do funny things with the language
