Or he could be one of the Crimson Guard in the Empire. (Star Wars, that is- been into that a lot lately!)

Though I could definitely see Cobra driving that thing against G.I. Joe- and Sgt. Slaughter's Triple T Tank (which I used to have- sorry, waxing nostalgic there- now it's all nice and shiny

) would blow it up to smithereens (I've always wondered what those look like) - but everyone would be safe and sound because no one ever dies in G.I. Joe!

(generally- on the cartoon anyway, thanks to stricter regulations- back in the good old days of the '80s)- okay, I'm rambling now- time to stop
