Ha ha- that was hilarious! As a longtime Trekkie, I definitely got it!

I've heard of this song before, but never actually heard it or seen a music video. That was really cool!

And Uhura would never call Captain Kirk, "Jim"...unless maybe they were sharing a world-famous interracial kiss.

I was sorting out a bunch of stuff today, re-organizing my art supplies and I found a cartoon that was published in the Salt Lake paper a few years ago. Its a spoof of Star Trek and the AmEx "priceless" commercials.

It lists the cost of the Enterprise transporter, the cost of the space station and the last panel is the Selective transport option: Priceless.

The last panel also has the words "Very funny Scotty, now beam down my pants."
