The first picture is a fanmade Magic: The Gathering card, with Angus MacGyver as one of the "wizards".
It's meant to be a trading card that is used in playing "Magic: The Gathering"
(Some may be more familiar with the similar "Dungeons & Dragons" game.)

And for the record, I don't play either one of these RPGs (Role Playing Games) or any others, but if you visit your local comic book shop on a Friday evening, you'll probably find lots of guys who do!
