And I have to admit the first line of the article did rather stop me screeching in my tracks. Or maybe I should say it stopped me in my tracks, screeching.

I saw a special on TLC or something once where a couple had a duct tape wedding. Everything from the flowers to the tux and the gown were duct tape. EVERYTHING.

Wow- well, I have to give the guy credit. That's certainly a lead that will get people to read the article just to see exactly what he was saying about MacGyver! But that's still so wrong

And yes- duct tape has many uses. I've heard of contests where guys and gals made duct tape tuxes and prom dresses and such- to win cash prizes for the best dressed.

When I read the opening line, I had a mental flash. MacGyver in his dress using pantyhose to fix the fan belt on the Jeep and a stilleto heel to subdue a bad guy.

Can't help it guys I'm still taking hard core pain killers.

Actually I have seen evening gowns designed and made from duct tape. They actually looked pretty cool.

Yeah I'm running after the bad guys now, swinging along on my crutches in my stilletos.

I hardly ever wear heels, not because I don't like them, but because I just don't have that many opportunities to wear them.

You could do some major damage to bad guys with stiletto heels - they're named after sharp knives for a reason!
